    Give an 8-year-old yogurt business its first real digital identity. Ying had built a quality product sold through word of mouth to homes, restaurants, and hotels. But there was no brand system, no website, and no way to scale beyond LINE messages.

    • Create a brand identity from logo to packaging that works for retail and wholesale
    • Build a website that handles direct orders and communicates the health-focused positioning
    • Set up e-commerce with Thai banking integration for both consumers and B2B clients
    • Create systems for order tracking, delivery coordination, and automated customer support

    The vision was a self-running operation. Not just a website, but order management, chat handling, and business dashboards that let Ying focus on the product.

    After 8 years, Dee Yogurt had loyal customers across Phuket but zero digital infrastructure. Orders came through LINE. Packaging changed with each batch. Hotels and cafes knew the product, but there was no brand to reference or website to share.

    • No brand identity. Packaging and labels varied without a system
    • No website. Customers had no way to learn about the product or order online
    • All orders handled manually through LINE with no tracking
    • B2B clients (hotels, cafes, restaurants) had no ordering portal
    • Competitors appeared in Maps while Dee Yogurt remained invisible

    We needed to build everything quickly using AI tools for photography and development to launch before peak season.
