    The Challenge

    The existing site had been a significant investment that delivered little. As search shifted from traditional Google results to AI-powered answers, their visibility collapsed, and so did enquiries.

    • Almost no real photography. The site relied on stock images that could have been any facility
    • No internal linking or content structure. Pages existed in isolation with no topical authority
    • When AI search tools (ChatGPT, Google AI Mode) became primary discovery channels, Jintara disappeared from recommendations
    • Enquiry volume dropped sharply, at one point leaving them with only one client
    • Previous investment had not delivered. The rebuild needed to be fast and evidence-based

    We pushed the rebuilt site live as early as feasible and focused on what mattered: real content, real photos, and a structure that AI systems could understand and recommend.
